Monday 22nd
Bridgie had booked Monday off from work so we decided to walk over beyond the Crown's Mines in the morning.
There was a strong breeze blowing which made for fantastic seas and the sun joined us in parts which made the colours beautiful.
I took Bridgie over to where I had spotted the fulmars... and it was awe inspiring.
We walked back via the Kenidjack Castle headland and called in at Ben's to choose two cakes... a lemon and cashew polenta cake along with a coffee and walnut cake.
We had coffee and a tiny bit of cake (as it was lunchtime) !
Bridgie had a couple of university phonecalls - her MBA from Cranfield is still going on which is really good... they do everything on line.
We've watched The Sewing Bee on BBC which has been fun, they make some amazing things and are so inventive.
Bridgie starts work tomorrow and will be busy now all week... needless to say it's lovely to have her here!
